Food Safety Cohort
Avoid fines, recalls, and shutdowns with our food safety training! Join our food safety cohort to develop a customized food safety plan.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) inspects food facilities approximately every 1-3 years and requires up-to-date food safety plans with preventative controls.
Some of the top findings that result in fines, recalls, and shutdowns include:
- Confusing or generic food safety plans
- Inadequate sanitation
- Nonexistent food safety plans
- Preventative control misuse
We assist food manufacturers by providing food safety training that includes developing a customized food safety plan in compliance with the FSMA. This law focuses on prevention rather than reaction, including specific actions to prevent contamination and foodborne illness outbreaks.
