GaMEP is looking for individuals to participate in a no-cost pilot program designed to help develop small food businesses and farms while keeping safety as a priority. Our experienced food industry experts and team leaders have targeted expertise in food safety compliance, business development strategies and start-up experience and can help you determine what steps you need to take to make the best choices to grow your food business.
Our goal is to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to make safe food and succeed in the food industry. Classes start soon with more dates to come, across Georgia and Puerto Rico.
- The first two class options will be held in-person in Atlanta, GA:
- Half-day Option: June 13th (1-4 p.m.) through 14th (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)
- Full-day Option: July 12th (9 a.m.-4 p.m., lunch provided)
