
Tim Israel
GROUP MANAGER – PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Tim Israel is the manager for both the Lean and Quality services groups at Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute. He helps organizations reduce waste and improve manufacturing operations.
Israel is a RABQSA certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor and RABQSA certified Environmental Systems Lead Auditor. He has trained more than 2,500 individuals representing 300 companies on all aspects of Lean, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000.
Israel holds both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Craig Cochran
PROJECT MANAGER
Craig Cochran is a project manager for Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Cochran holds professional certifications from the American Society for Quality, National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, and the RABQSA. He has over 20 years of industry experience in quality assurance and management.
Cochran consults, writes, and speaks extensively on management, improvement, problem solving, customer satisfaction, and quality. He’s the author of five books: Problem Solving in Plain English; ISO 9001 in Plain English; The Continual Improvement Process: From Strategy to the Bottom Line; Customer Satisfaction: Tools, Techniques, and Formulas for Success; and Becoming a Customer Focused Organization.

Dennis Kelly
PROJECT MANAGER
Dennis Kelly is a project manager for Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute and a CISQ lead instructor and auditor who provides assistance, to manufacturers, and conducts workshops on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, TS 16949, statistical process control, six sigma, and related subjects.
Kelly is an RABQSA-Certified Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, RABQSA-Certified Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor, RABQSA Certified Skill Examiner, and a registered professional engineer. He has assisted more than 300 companies with the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, AS9100, and integrated management systems. He is one of the principal authors of ANSI/MSE 2000, the American National Standard for management systems for energy.
Kelly has an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a Certified Quality Engineer.

Elliot Price
AUGUSTA REGION MANAGER
Elliot Price is the Augusta region manager for Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute. As field engineer, he provides technical and managerial assistance to manufacturing and service industries.
He is a member of the Lean and Quality Center and Energy and Environmental Management Center’s associate staff. A RAB-certified lead auditor, Price has helped companies successfully prepare for ISO 9000 registration. He is also an ASQ Certified Quality Manager and chaired the 2001 Oglethorpe Conference.
Price has a M.B.A. from Augusta College and a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ade Shitta-Bey
PROJECT MANAGER
Ade Shitta-Bey, project manager with Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute, helps manufacturers put Management Systems in place, audit those systems, and train organizations to manage and maintain the new systems. These systems range from product design to post production support and standards and regulations, such as FDA cGMP, ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Shitta-Bey was regional Quality Manger for Masonite Corp. managing 17 regional facilities and Director of Quality for Porex Corporation.
Shitta-Bey has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and an Associate Degree in Chemical Engineering from Miami Dade College. Currently, she is working on a Masters in Pharmacy with an emphasis in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials, at the University of Georgia. She is certified as a lead auditor, a certified regulatory affairs specialist, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
